On February 25, 2023, the Celebration for the 26th Anniversary of Establishment of Maxvision Technology & Award Ceremony was held solemnly in Shenzhen. The employees of the Company headquarters in Shenzhen, and the representatives of national sales personnel and employees of all branches attended this Celebration. The colleagues working in nationwide and overseas regions watched the live streaming of this Celebration online synchronously.

After the opening dance full of retro and nostalgic flavor, this Celebration themed on “Create More Successes Ambitiously in This Hopeful Spring” was started formally, and the President Jiang Bing of Maxvision Technology gave the speech firstly.

Jiang Bing firstly represented the operation team of Maxvision Technology to express the sincere thanks to all clients and friends who always supported Maxvision Technology, all employees and their family members of Maxvision Technology. He expressed that, following the further relief of the national COVID-19 epidemic situation prevention and control measures, all people could have such an opportunity to gather together, which was very precious! The year of 2022 was a year full of challenges, but the Company still kept the high-speed development. In the R&D input, the Company continued to keep high, and launched a series of new products with industrial competitiveness. In the operation strategies, the Company continued to persist on the diversification of industrial applications and domestication of information technology application innovation industry, and promoted the safeness of products. In 2022, the Company actively expanded new businesses and new markets, the overseas team obtained the good beginning of orders, multiple kinds of products were launched in dozens of overseas countries, and Maxvision Technology practiced the enterprise vision of letting the world share the wisdom of Maxvision Technology by use of actions. In 2023, we shall make more industrial clients to accept the products of Maxvision Technology, and shall promote the service awareness. We shall determine the first key task as meeting clients’ demands and promoting users’ satisfaction. Jiang Bing expected all people could create the new pattern and obtain new development in the new year. 

The 26 years of Maxvision Technology was also the 26 years of the Maxvision Technology people. Each remarkable achievement of Maxvision Technology was closely related to the hard struggle of Maxvision Technology. In this Celebration, the Company’s employee representatives from nationwide different business departments, and the representatives from the Middle East Region Saudi Arabia and UAE Office and the Africa Kenya and Côte d'Ivoire Office of Overseas Business Department, shared the upholding and breakthroughs in the past year, as well as the obtained changes and achievements. The technical R&D team represented by the Doctor Ouyang Yicun committed to the Company’s leaders and all Maxvision Technology people that, the technical R&D team would absolutely maintain original intention, closely follow the advancement of Maxvision Technology, devote to R&D modestly, overcome difficulties, and struggle hard for making the core technology capabilities of Maxvision Technology reach the Chinese leading level and world first-class level.

In this special day, the Founder and Chairman Qu Lei of Maxvision Technology gave the speech in this Celebration. He firstly expressed the high respect to the Colleagues of Maxvision Technology who dared to take responsibilities and contributed bravely during the COVID-19 epidemic situation, the family members of Maxvision Technology people who contributed quietly, and the clients and friends who always helped and supported Maxvision Technology. Then Qu Lei shared the achievements of Maxvision Technology in the past year with all people: the internal digital transformation had promoted efficiency, the talent cultivation had formed complete system, the R&D input had obtained good achievements, the external investment development had been switched to the fast way, and the business market had gone abroad and obtained positive achievements. In 2023, following the economic recovery, we would welcome more development opportunities, and face challenges. For this, Qu Lei emphasized that, so long as we confirmed our confidence and struggled hard, we could absolutely realize the good opening of new journey. In 2023, the Company would optimize the R&D organization, so as to make more technical “craftsmen” display greater value in technical posts, and promote the core competitiveness of Maxvision Technology products. The Company would also optimize the business processes, promote the work efficiency of personnel, and realize the service efficiency leap. In 2022, the Company had equity participation in the enterprises such as Nanovision, Aerospace IoT, SynSense, Shenzhen Zhenpin and APSAT, involved the strategic investment in the aspects such as medical treatment, military industry, AI chips, food safety and satellite communication, and made wholly-owned acquisition of Robeta Robot. The Company possessed own office building, and the Maxvision robot family also increased the fire-fighting robot member. In 2023, the Company would continue to carry out internal investment actively, and further complete the strategic investment layout. With the 26-year historical connotations, Maxvision Technology believed that, so long as all people maintained original intention, and struggled hard, the Company would absolutely obtain more and more successes in the new journey!

The year of 2022 was an extraordinary year. Regardless of hard environment, the  Maxvision Technology people still advanced actively, and obtained many technical breakthroughs and satisfactory achievements. The AI R&D team led by the Doctor Ouyang Yicun created new fields in biological recognition technologies, and realized the data volcano plan; the human face recognition algorithm obtained good achievements in global authoritative competitions, and entered in the global top human face algorithm manufacturers. In 2022, under the effect of epidemic situation and lockdown, the market development faced various hindrance, but the sales employees of the Company various sectors struggle hard. Thereinto, some sales teams got the orders more than RMB 1 billion, and obtained the new breakthroughs of sales achievements.
