On September 9, 2022, at the coming of the 38th Teachers’ Day, Maxvision Technology developed the “Thanksgiving Inheritance” Teachers’ Day celebration activities in 2022. The Chair Qu Lei, the Vice President Lai Shiwu, other leaders, and the internal training lecturers of Maxvision Technology attended the activities. 

At the beginning, the HR Department reported the training work development conditions in 2022. As the innovative national-level hi-tech enterprise, Maxvision Technology paid high attention to talent cultivation, so as to create the talent echelon matching the Company high-speed development. Since 2021, Maxvision Technology  made key input to the Company’s internal training system, built the wholly new training system, and prepared to develop the special training projects. The year of 2022 was the year that Maxvision Technology implemented the training reform. As to August 2022, the Company had organized 14 sessions of special training including the type of professional skills, type of business and type of management, and had course of 144 class times and coverage of more than 500 employees. Through the internal training, the Company not only improved the employee’s occupational abilities and competitiveness, but also explored a batch of excellent talents, and played the role of training serving the Company’s talent strategies gradually. At present, the Company’s training system has been complete gradually, and the training resources and training implementation capabilities have been promoted effectively, which could not be separated from the Company’s full support for the talent cultivation work, also not be separated from the hard work and selfless contributions by the Company’s internal team of excellent internal training lecturers. In the meeting, all present distinguished guests watched the themed short video “Thanksgiving Inheritance”, looking back on the silent devotion by the internal training lecturers of Maxvision Technology in the past year. The student representatives also expressed their emotions of thanksgiving to the lecturers on site. In order to thank the lecturers’ contributions for instructing professional skills and inheriting enterprise cultures, the Chairman Qu Lei personally presented awards for the lecturers winning the honorary titles of “Star Lecturer 2022” and “Excellent Lecturer 2022”, and gave a speech. Qu Lei firstly expressed congratulations to all winning lecturers and thanks for all internal training lecturers. He said, the Company’s development could not be separated from talents, and the cultivation of talents could not be separated from the Company’s internal lectures, so the Company would always input resources to support and assist the lectures, and he hoped the lecturers could continue the past excellent performances, instruct the knowledge skills and experiences, inherit the Company’s cultures and spirits, and contribute power to the Company’s talent cultivation. He also emphasized that, the internal training lecturers were the Company’s mainstay force for training work, only the high-quality lecturer team could provide the high-quality guidance training. Since the lecturers with high skills were teachers and those with integrity were models, so all lecturers shall pay attention to promotion of own abilities, especially at present the Company was in the key stage of having high-speed development and new business expansion, all lecturers shall take the leading place and be the guide of students. He expected all lecturers could obtain extraordinary achievements in the ordinary posts.

Finally, considering that September 10, 2022 was just the celebration for Mid-Autumn Festival and Teachers’ Day on the same day, Maxvision Technology presented special gifts for each internal training lecturer, and gave the wishes of festivals.
