In the afternoon of September 22, 2022, following the issuance of opening command, the Phase 3 Project of the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, which was Zhejiang’s “air gateway”, Zhejiang’s key project and important basic matching project of The 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 that Maxvision Technology participated in construction, was put into operation formally. After operation, the annual passenger throughput capacity of the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport  will rise to 90 million men times, and the cargo throughput capacity will reach 3.6 million tons, so the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport will become the second aviation hub only next to the Shanghai Pudong International Airport in the east China regions.

The Phase 3 Project of the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport has total building area of about 1.5 million m2, and is composed of T4 new terminal, comprehensive traffic center, high-speed railway station building, energy center, northern 3rd airside concourse and relevant matching works, thus is Zhejiang’s airport construction project with largest investment amount so far. Thereinto, the T4 new terminal and comprehensive traffic center are core works of the Phase 3 Project.

In order to improve the customs clearance conveniences of international exit-entry passengers, by constructing the smart customs clearance new mode, Maxvision Technology rapidly completed the obtaining of passenger health information and temperature monitoring, made precise reposition in advance for the people with different risk levels, and eliminated the risks of disease input and entry people cross infection. Maxvision Technology synchronized the back end to complete the multiple customs clearance steps such as information verification, realized the “full time range, full coverage and full automation” no-contact check and senseless customs clearance for the exit-entry passengers, provided the passengers with safe and convenient customs clearance experiences, and improved the passenger customs clearance speed and satisfaction.

Surveillance on Luggage

The T4 terminal adopted the united supervision way of “two inspection integration” by customs and security inspection, and implemented the requirements for 100% early machine inspection by the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. Through the one inspection and one check of the hand luggage check system, the full-automatic passenger check mode of “back-end intelligent analysis and judgment, early key control, and automatic and precise interception” for the risk people and luggage article was formed. For the intercepted abnormal luggage articles, the intelligent cooperative transport robot which was researched and developed autonomously by Maxvision Technology made auxiliary transportation and intelligent navigation and guided the passengers to the check area for accepting unpacking inspection, which reduced the labor strength of onsite work personnel greatly, and raised the work efficiency. 

Data collaboration, and visual command and deployment

In order to realize the airport all-round informatization supervision, on basis of the new technical applications such as AI, Internet of Things (IoT), big data and cloud computing, Maxvision Technology constructed the AIoT system ecology, broke through the information island, constructed the IoT data center, realized the visual command and deployment for the full process business, provided support for the front-line supervision and deployment and command, formed the rigorous and efficient risk prevention and control system, and met the whole-day refined management requirements of management department.
