Maxvision Showcases Biometric Security and Humanoid Robotics at Two Xiamen Events
XIAMEN, China, Sept. 8, 2026 — Maxvision and its wholly owned subsidiary Guanggu Shengchuang presented technologies for secure digital workplaces and everyday robotics applications at two events opening in Xiamen on September 8.
At the Xiamen session of the 2026 World Digital Cities Conference, Maxvision outlined its approach to identity authentication in high-security workplaces. Meanwhile, Guanggu Shengchuang demonstrated NAO and NAO Mini humanoid robots at the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT).
Both events took place at the Xiamen International Expo Center.
Bringing Biometric Authentication into Everyday Workflows
Maxvision Product Manager Li Jiajing presented an identity authentication solution designed for sensitive working environments, including law enforcement and government offices, financial institutions and organizations handling classified information.
The solution addresses three persistent challenges: verifying who is using a workstation, controlling what they can access and tracing their actions.
At its core is a computer mouse with integrated palm-vein recognition and liveness detection. By incorporating biometric verification into existing office workflows, the system connects user identity, workstation access, permissions and activity records. It supports reliable authentication, dynamic access controls and a traceable record of user actions.

Maxvision refined the solution with the Qiaokou Branch of the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau, using operational requirements to guide joint testing and development.
The solution received third prize in the practical police equipment category of Hubei’s 2025 grassroots police technology innovation competition. Related products also obtained a test report from the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security.
This work has helped translate biometric security technology into tools for frontline government operations and other sectors with demanding security requirements.
Expanding Humanoid Robotics Applications
At CIFIT, Guanggu Shengchuang exhibited as part of the Hubei delegation organized by the investment promotion bureau of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone.
Its NAO and NAO Mini demonstrations highlighted applications in five areas: support for autism rehabilitation, K–12 education, extracurricular science and technology learning, vocational AI training, and companionship at home.
The showcase illustrated how humanoid robots are being applied beyond research settings to support learning, care and daily interaction.
Government representatives, special education and rehabilitation providers, educational institutions and businesses from China and overseas visited the stand. Discussions focused on deployment opportunities, project development and cross-border industry collaboration.

Together, the two events highlighted Maxvision’s work in biometric security and humanoid robotics, with a shared emphasis on adapting technology to practical needs. The company will continue developing applications that strengthen digital services and bring intelligent technologies into workplaces, classrooms and homes.
