On January 8, 2024, the “29th National Security Industry Spring Festival Gathering 2024” was held successively in Shenzhen. The Chairman Mr. Qu Lei of Maxvision Technology Corp. was awarded the “Lifelong Achievement Prize of the Chinese Security Industry 2023”. 

As the first important gathering of national security industry in 2024, this Gathering gathered the experts and scholars as well as chairmen and presidents of leading enterprises in the security industry to discuss on digital security. In order to commend the enterprises which created the security brands, carried out integration and innovation with new technologies, and made outstanding contributions to the security industry, establish a model for the Chinese security industry, stimulate the extensive security enterprises to struggle, and promote the rapid development of Chinese security brands, the site held the award ceremony of the prizes such as “Lifelong Achievement Prize of the Chinese Security Industry 2023” solemnly, and pushed the whole Gathering to the climax.
The “Lifelong Achievement Prize of the Chinese Security Industry 2023” was determined by the judges such as senior experts, professors, leaders of industrial competent departments in the Chinese security industry after comprehensive assessment of all candidates and nominees from five aspects including “industrial contribution, sustainability, social responsibilities, influence, and innovativeness”, so as to commend the people who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the Chinese security industry and obtained outstanding achievements.

Qu Lei was the founder of Maxvision Technology Corp.. Qu Lei proposed the concept of smart port firstly and put it into practice, applied AI and other new generation information technologies in the port fields successfully, and promoted the development of Chinese port informatization; Qu Lei was keen on the research and exploration of key technologies, had related achievements which obtained dozens of invention patents and got application promotion, and published multiple papers in academic journals; the project of “R&D and Industrialization of Key Technologies of Smart Port Check and Prevention and Control System” led by Qu Lei was awarded the Second Prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award, and Second Prize of Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award, and Qu Lei led Maxvision Technology Corp. to win the titles such as “Single Champion of Chinese Manufacturing Industry”, and “Top 500 Chinese Innovative Listed Companies”; Qu Lei himself won the titles such as “Shenzhen Top 100 Industrial Leaders”, “Annual Huizhou Innovative Merchant 2022”, and “Fuitan District Excellent Entrepreneur 2022”. 

Qu Lei was keen on the public welfare undertakings, initiated to establish the Maxvision Technology Corp. Public Welfare Foundation, donated money and supplies to the schools and villages for many times, won the “Excellence Education Prize of Southeast University”, and manifested the social responsibilities of an entrepreneur.
