From May 18 to 19, the first China-Central Asia Summit had been on the way in Xi'an. This offline summit, organized for the first time between the heads of state of China and the five Central Asian countries, will mark a beginning of a new chapter in the relationship between China and the Central Asian nations. It holds immense significance in terms of advancing the high-quality construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, building a China-Central Asia community of shared destiny, and promoting stability and development in the region.

On the afternoon of May 18th, at a meeting between the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, SadyrJaparov, and representatives from the Chinese business community, witnessed by President Zhaparov himself, the Kyrgyz Post, the National Investment Agency affiliated with the president of Kyrgyzstan, and Maxvision Technology Corp., officially signed a tripartite cooperation agreement, aiming to jointly promote the investment projects, postal network, and domestic and international logistics digitization of Kyrgyz Post Corporation.
Maxvision Technology signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with the National Investment Agency affiliated with the President of Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyz Post Holding Corporation.
According to the agreement, Maxvision Technology will invest in transforming Kyrgyz Post offices into social commercial center projects, digitizing postal outlets and products, developing digital products in the logistics field, and collaborating extensively with Kyrgyz Post Corporation and the National Investment Agency the in the field of digitalization within the country.
The signing of this agreement marks the formal establishment of the tripartite partnership, and the three parties will sign a cooperation agreement for specific projects in the near future.
The National Investment Agency, subordinate to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, was established in 2017 as the country's executive authority for national export and investment policies. Its mission and objective are to attract and promote investment in the Kyrgyz economy, as well as assist domestic exporters in developing and promoting their products to foreign markets. In recent years, Kyrgyzstan and China have achieved a number of important cooperation achievements in the fields of economy and trade, energy, infrastructure construction, connectivity and so on. China has become Kyrgyzstan's largest trading partner and source of investment. For those achievements, the State Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan has played an important role in promoting bilateral trade and investment cooperation.
The Kyrgyzstan Post Corporation was established in 1992 and is a fully state-owned company. With over 921 branches within the country, it provides traditional postal services such as mail delivery, express, remittance, and philately. In addition, Kyrgyz Post offers a variety of digital services, including online payment and e-commerce solutions. In recent years, the Kyrgyz Post Corporation has been playing an increasingly important role in promoting communications and commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic and in connecting the State with the international community through a diversity of initiatives improving its efficiency and effectiveness, including the modernization of its postal infrastructure and investment in new technologies.
