On July 29, 2022, the “Customs Autonomous Controllable Operation System and Data Standard Seminar” was held in Beijing. This conference aimed to push the innovation and practices of the autonomous controllable operation system in the smart customs fields, and better implement the requirements for “endeavor to promote the application capabilities and levels of customs technologies” by the CPC Committee of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. The Chief Engineer Li Wenjian of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China attended the conference and gave a speech. This Seminar was organized jointly by the China Customs Media Center and Huawei. Maxvision Technology as Huawei’s strategic partner participated in the conference discussion.

The Chief Engineer Li Wenjian of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China pointed out that, at present the “scientific and technological innovation” and “scientific and technological development of customs” shall not be only limited to the introduction and new technologies and top-level application development, but shall seize the strategic commanding height of top-level architecture design of customs domestic basic software system.

The localization of customs basic software was a huge and complicated system project, which needed to make long-term input, keep willpower, and realize continuous optimization and iterative application. Li Wenjian required that, the customs system top-level architecture research and design must closely circle around the core theme of “data”. The business systems, numerous devices and equipment of the customs were generating vast data from moment to moment, so how to efficiently acquire, clear, link and apply this big data, optimize the computing power and fully apply it to the business fields shall be worthy of long-term input and research.

The localization project of the basic software system is a long-term arduous task, which needs the great cooperation of the customs technology departments, business departments and centers, also needs the industrial leading companies and manufacturers to actively participate in the innovation and practices of the autonomous controllable operation system in the smart customs fields.

In the aspect of localization, the Company’s intelligent product hardware platforms have adopted the localization schemes. As Huawei’s strategic partner, the Company has completed the adaption of multiple types of intelligent products in the Harmony system and the adaption of software platforms in the Kunpeng server. In the aspect of algorithm R&D, the algorithm servers with Euler, Kunpeng and Ascend as combination has realized the scheme implementation, and is joining in the Huawei’s Ascend ten thousand miles partner plan. The Company will continue to push the localization of intelligent products and smart systems, deepen the applications of customs business scenarios, promote the industrial intellectualization levels continuously, facilitate the equipment interconnection, and complete the innovative applications of autonomous controllable technologies in the customs industry.
